Every day I endeavour to make teaching and learning fun and enjoyable and positively excite children, with promising and innovative practices, and with positive values and collaborative spirit.I believe that a positive and motivating classroom climate where efforts are encouraged and rewarded, and in which children are recognised and supported by their teachers, regardless of their abilities and dispositions, leads to better outcomes.
