Mr.
Boghra says,
as an IB school director, stay ahead by embracing tech. Use AI for personalized
learning and VR/AR for immersive experiences. Don't forget collaboration tools
for global projects. Focus on future-ready skills. Teach critical thinking,
problem-solving, creativity, and digital literacy. Empower teachers with
ongoing training on these topics.
Cultivate
a culture of innovation. Make students active participants in their learning
journey. Partner with universities and businesses to offer real-world learning
and stay updated and current. Be adaptable. Attend education events, network

education, and what role do you see your enterprise
playing in that future?
Mr.
Boghra shares, we envision
the future of education and how schools can contribute by focusing on
adaptability and future-ready skills, personalized learning experiences, using
technology as a tool, not a replacement, preparing students for a global world,
and making them lifelong learners.
Our
role would be to have a clear vision for future education, invest more in
teachers' professional development, develop a culture of innovation and
creativity, partner with other progressive educational institutions, and
advocate for change.

failure you encountered in your entrepreneurial journey and the lessons you
learned from it?
Mr.
Boghra states, ‘Aarth’ as a
new IB school's first year faced a huge challenge – the global pandemic struck
just as we were launching. But this challenge revealed the incredible strength
of our team. We rallied together, supporting each other through the financial
strain and the general uncertainty. This experience wasn't just about survival;
it forged a resilient and supportive school culture.
Here's
how this translates to the potential for our community. Resilience: Parents
seek stability. Our story shows we can overcome obstacles, demonstrating our
commitment to the school's success. Supportive Environment: The
pandemic underlined the importance of community. We foster a collaborative and
caring atmosphere where everyone feels supported. Financial Responsibility: Navigating
financial challenges effectively proves our management skills. This assures
parents entrusting us with their children's education.
We
faced a hurdle at the starting line but emerged stronger. This experience will
undoubtedly benefit our school and the entire learning community.
Mr. Kuldip Boghra’s journey is one
transformative and vision. Graduating with honors in Business Administration
and later pursuing a Master’s degree in the USA, he could have easily joined
his family’s thriving construction business. However, driven by a deep-seated
conviction for reforming education, he chose a different path. As the Managing
Trustee of L. H. Boghra (Shishuviar) school, he spearheaded initiatives to
revolutionize the prevailing education system, recognizing the limitations of rote
learning. His collaboration with educators culminated in the inception of Aarth
Universal School, dedicated to equipping children with 21st Century
and nurturing global citizens through an international curriculum.
